REFUND POLICY
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
If you notice a manufacturing error or damage upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@shipasip.jp with the following information:

Your order number.

Clear photos showing the specific issue/damage.

A photo of the shipping label on the package.
Once we verify the issue with our production partner, we will arrange for a replacement (reshipment) at no additional cost to you. Please do not return any items to us or the production facility without prior approval, as we cannot guarantee they will be processed.
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the tracking information shows the package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us.
Buyer’s Remorse & Size Issues
Since all our products are made to order (Print-on-Demand) specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following reasons:

Wrong Size: Please refer to our Size Guide provided on each product page before purchasing.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you changed your mind about the design, color, or style.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to the facility will require an additional reshipment fee at your expense.
Color Accuracy Disclaimer
Please note that the colors of the products displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the actual physical product due to monitor settings, mobile device displays, and the nature of the digital printing process. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery dates, these are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs (if applicable), or other events outside our control.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g., the item is out of stock). If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
