Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at AmazingOTO Store! Currently, we exclusively serve and ship to customers within the United States.
1. Fulfillment Time (Production Time)
All of our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand). This means that once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you.

Processing & Production: It typically takes 2–7 business days to create your custom products.

You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship to all 50 states in the USA. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery: 4–23 business days after fulfillment.
Please note: These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location (especially for Hawaii and Alaska) and carrier volume.
3. Shipping Origins
To provide the fastest service, we work with a global fulfillment partner (Printful). For our US customers, your orders are produced and shipped from facilities within the United States.
4. Customs and Import Duties
Since we ship from within the USA for our domestic customers, you will not incur any customs duties.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please report it within 30 days of receipt. To expedite your claim, email us at info@shipasip.jp with the following:

Order number

Clear photos of the specific issue/damage

A photo of the shipping label on the package
Once the issue is verified with our production partner, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Note: Please do not return any items to us or the production facility without prior approval, as we cannot guarantee they will be processed.
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If tracking shows "Delivered": If you have not received your package despite a "Delivered" status, please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate before reaching out to us.

If tracking has stopped: If your package is stuck or hasn't moved for an extended period, contact us within the 30-day window so we can assist you with a claim.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
